• Events may be registered for at any time prior to the listed starting time.
• At the listed starting time, unless prior arrangements and announcements have been made, registration will close and the event will begin immediately.
• End times for events cannot usually be projected far in advance, and are therefore not guaranteed specifically; however, prior to an event starting, the tournament staff should be able to approximate when the event will end, based on attendance, and will be able to report that approximation (which is still not a guarantee).
