Games & Gifts Galore: Trade-In Value Guide

Products not listed above under the "Flat Rate" list can still be traded in, at 20% of their secondary-market value. Such products include (but are not limited to): Video Game consoles, Video Game accessories (controllers, joysticks, etc.), board games, and many other entertainment products.

At the customer's request, the trade-in value of some items they are trading in that fall under categories on the Flat Rate list may be also calculated at 20% of their secondary-market value, rather than the listed Flat Rate, depending on the demand for such items; several examples of this may include high-demand Rares of Miniature and Trading Card Games, or particularly valuable comic books; this also applies to most newer video games and video game consoles, as well.

All of the above details are for Used products. New (sealed in original packaging) products can also be traded in, at 50% of their retail value, such as unwanted gifts from other game stores (or from Games & Gifts Galore without a receipt).

All Used products are expected to be in acceptible quality, undamaged, and marketable for resale; otherwise they will not be accepted for trade.

All value for traded-in products as described above will be granted to the customer in the form of "store credit" which is intended for immediate use, to be used as cash within Games & Gifts Galore for the purchase of any product Used or New, or for the payment of any services (such as tournament entry fees). Store credit cannot be used to purchase Games & Gifts Galore gift certificates. Store credit, as stated above, is intended for immediate use only; only in extenuating circumstances (such as in the case of a large amount of trade-in product being traded in at once) will Games & Gifts Galore issue a voucher for the store credit to be used at a later date. If a customer would prefer cash rather than store credit for their trade-in, Games & Gifts Galore is happy to offer the customer 50% of the amount they would have received in store credit, in cash (or check).

All purchases in which store credit is used are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except at trade-in rates.

At this time, store credit cannot be applied to purchases made through Games & Gifts Galore's Online Store.
